Visited The Opera House Tunbridge Wells. Ordered on the app and drink took 15 mins to arrive although there were no customers at the bar. No apologies for the wait from staff and the food which arrived 5 mins later was luke warm and rather sad. I usually enjoy a visit to Wetherspoons but no more. Also, there were far too many baby's and children and the place was like an unsupervised creche with kids running between tables and no supervision from parents. A visit not to be repeated.

Just been to The Jolie Bride Teignmouth.
Disgusting! Ordered BBQ chicken burger- chicken, bacon and cheese all cold served with cold salad on a bun. Best part of this meal was the onion rings and my drink. Poor food and if could give no stars I would have

45 minutes waiting, went to enquire, eventually found the manager, who responded , I’m sorting it out Buddy..!
Clearly no customer service training given either…

I would definitely recommend Wetherspoons any day beautiful food nice friendly service and Grace prices.

One star is being kind! Service too slow, food cold, not what we ordered, would-be chefs, they just don't care! Tim Martin lost the best when he wasn't prepared to retain staff during the pandemic and now it's showing! Won't be coming again.

I go regularly to my local Weatherspoon at Hudson Bay Forest Gate and all the bar staff are good apart from girl Rosemary as she is arrogant and aggressive and she thinks she owns the pub. Some of my friends don't like to go there just because of her attitude towards customers.

mothers life i am not lying. came in and sat down to suspicious white stains on the seats and crumbs in the tables and sticky menus. the waitress was rude as when my friend (who was on the other side of the table) said the food was hers she didn’t give it her and said “i’ll just leave it here” (in a rude tone), on the other side from my friend. the lady behind us spoke about her preferred penis size, how much she likes anal, how her burps taste and how she feels like a windscreen wiper when she climaxes????.

I am Appauled with the behaviour and attitude I received from this restaurant from entry no one was present so decide to grab a sit and order food i then waited around 30 minutes to receive my drinks and when the arrived they asked for id me and one other freind out of 4 people did not bring Id and we both only order Pepsi and the only alcoholic drinks were for the 2 with id
they said they would refund us and we could understand that however the man came back and told us he refuses to now give us a refund for any drinks which cost us £15 and when he brought us are food in flimsy boxes he was smoking a cigarette and food was cold also boxes were open and leaning on filthy clothing

Crooks. How do I do zero? Ordered on the app - it told me I was in a different pub. I thought I had made a mistake as location services was on and in the pub. After a few minutes I left (can of pop for the meal turns up in under a minute and put was quiet). Later got an email saying order was for the right put - and the app names 2 pubs in the same order - one in the summary and one in the detail. Emailed CS - they said my mistake - ignored emails - then they finally accepted it was their app mistake. Ignored more emails. Still no refund even though they agree their fault. If I stole from them the police would be involved. Use to go to spoons 3 times a week - not been back since May.

We visited the Dee Hotel in West Kirby today and it was an awful experience so much so we won't ever visit a wetherspoons establishment again. We had to return our food to be reheated twice and we ended up eating separately it took that long to return one of our meals which was inedible in the end because it had been microwaved to within an inch of its life, disgusting! Only fit for alcohol, and this place couldn't even get that right.

AgainI ordered eggs benedict and was delighted to find a fresh muffin, all good until I got to the poached eggs , basically like hard boiled and therefore hard going
I sat near the kitchen and watched numerous plates being returned , the chef same as last time seemed to have no passion or pride in his food

Absolutely shocking l do understand that its a cheap place to drink but it worries me that the staff do not have the basic knowledge needed to work in a pub that includes the management team and door people lve found that it's disgusting how has a family celebrating my daughters good week at school we found out after the door people escorted my daughter and her friend from the premises l would have thought good practice would be to talk to the parents first this isn't acceptable lve got to say that is the last time l will use a wetherspoons

Absolutely horrendous experience we waited over 3 hours to get our breakfasts and to our horror there were no mushrooms when I quizzed the 12 year old waiter he said “ye I know” there were no toasts no butter the bacon had only been threatened by a hairdryer but not actually warmed up.
The coffee machines had no milk in and the milk wench would top them up by one thimble full at a time so 83 people would fight for it once it had gone she would stand by and not put in the next thimble full until we begged her and made her feel important.
Connor drank iced tea and his face screwed up like a pigeons bum hole saying it tasted horrible I would not recommend this place to a dog let alone fellow human beings smelly students hope yous enjoy your stinking place

We ordered a mixed grille and fish chips from the Crediton branch today. The staff were cheerful and helpful, the food arrived quickly and was perfectly cooked. We look forward to returning soon.

Just had the best fish and chips I’ve ever had in my life I’m 62 I’m at the royal pavilion in ramsgate food not greasy really crispy with mushy peas and chips slice lemon pint beer under £11.00
